All control surfaces are custom jig-built to factory specifications with new parts. We comply with all air worthiness directives, apply best practice techniques, and use proprietary equipment built to ensure factory tolerances.
FLIGHT CONTROL OVERHAUL
The control surface is completely disassembled. All parts are stripped to bare metal and inspected. All serviceable parts are epoxy primed. Defective parts are replaced with factory new parts. Unit is reassembled and re-skinned in a jig.

REPAIR & REBUILD
The control surface is disassembles and reassembled in a jig and re-skinned. The surface is cleaned and inspected. The internal structure is primed.
NEW SKINS & RE-SKIN INSTALLATION
Defective skins are removed, the internal structure is inspected, and new skins installed.
PAINTING, PRIMING & EPOXY
The control surface is properly prepared, primed, painted, and balanced. Painting is done with epoxy primers. Finished coats are polyurethaned with products such as Imron and Jetglow.
